This Hidden Gem @noosabali is just amazing.
First of all, the food is excellent with small dishes concentrating on one food type with sauces that are very flavoursome. But don't be fooled, you will be very full by the end of the meal.
The service is very friendly not pretentious, so you will feel very warm ambience.
Noosa also have beautiful nice garden with “aqua” element in the middle that can hold outdoor romantic seating.
I had 6 course handcrafted artisan food with wine pairing from Wolf Blass last night.
Started with watermelon gazpacho and pan-seared shrimp, consommé royal and raviolis hokkaido scallop cappuccino sauce, etc (see the menu)
The food is to die for! and beautiful presentation at its finest.
Chef Hiroyuki Meno draws inspiration from resort style dining combines it with French techniques.
They also showed great passion for the culinary intricacy contained within each dish - providing context and thought process behind each dish.
This was much appreciated and enhanced the dining experience.
All in all a fantastic dining experience I'd be happy to recommend to anyone. F
